To collect and process personal data in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On personal data and their protection” dated May 21, 2013 and other legislative acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan (hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Law”)

By providing my personal data, I give my consent to the processing, storage and use of my personal data on the basis of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On personal data and their protection” dated May 21, 2013 and other legislative acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan for the following purposes:

• Providing customer support
• Receiving information by the User about marketing events
• Conducting an audit and other internal research in order to improve the quality of services provided.

Personal data means any information of a personal nature that allows us to identify the
User, such as:

• Surname, First Name, Patronymic
• Date of birth
• Contact phone number
• E-mail address
• Postal address

Personal data of Users is stored in a database located in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan, exclusively on electronic media and is processed using automated systems, except for cases when non-automated processing of personal data is necessary in connection with the implementation of legal requirements.

The Company undertakes not to transfer the received personal data to third parties, except for the following cases:

• At the request of law enforcement agencies, courts and other authorized state bodies that initiate and consider cases of administrative offenses, enforcement proceedings, on the grounds and in the manner established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
• Strategic partners who work with the Company to provide products and services, or those of them who help the Company sell products and services to consumers. We provide third parties with the minimum amount of personal data necessary only to provide the requested service or conduct the required transaction.
